Curricular Planning and Analysis Overview

With a view to enhance the quality of undergraduate education at UC Irvine, we evaluate the effectiveness of new and ongoing undergraduate curricular initiatives, and through extensive research we provide information, data and analyses to support campus decision-making related to the undergraduate curriculum, academic programs and policies. Reports, analyses and appropriate recommendations on General Education, Preparatory and Key courses, academic policies and procedures are prepared for the Dean of Undergraduate Education, Council on Educational Policy, Associate Deans, Council on Undergraduate Education, Enrollment Task Group and Fall Opening Group.
